By downloading, registering, or using this application, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

This App allows users to:

View upcoming or live auctions held by insurance companies and banks.
Register and participate in selected auctions.
Place bids, receive notifications, and make payments related to auction listings.

2. Eligibility

To use this App, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid Aadhaar and PAN card for KYC (if required).
Be legally capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Comply with all applicable laws and auction-specific rules provided by organizers.
Not misuse the platform or upload misleading or illegal information.

4. Auction Participation

The App is only a facilitator between you and auction organizers (banks/insurance companies).
Auction terms (minimum bid, EMD, deadlines) are set by the organizers, not ARS Auction.
We are not responsible for the final decision of the auction organizers.
All participation is at your own risk and discretion.

5. Payments and Refunds

Users may be required to deposit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or other fees.
Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
Refunds are subject to organizer policies; ARS Auction is not liable for delays or denials.

6. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
Harm the platform with malware, hacking, or overloading systems.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
Copy, resell, or distribute App data without permission.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
You misuse the auction process or attempt fraud.
KYC verification fails or is incomplete.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used in the App are the intellectual property of ARS Auction or its partners. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee:

That all auctions listed will be conducted.
The accuracy of data provided by organizers.
Your success in any auction.

We are not liable for:

Any financial loss due to failed auctions or errors.
Decisions or actions taken by banks or insurance companies.
